Program Studi Magister Teknik Elektro (Prodi MTE), Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Syiah Kuala secara resmi dibuka pada tanggal 16 April 2012 sesuai dengan surat izin penyelenggaraan dari Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi No. 103\/E\/0\/2012. Prodi MTE merupakan salah satu prodi yang berada di bawah naungan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala. Prodi terdiri dari unsur pengelola dan pelaksana akademik, yang berperan dalam melaksanakan dan memfasilitasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Secara akademik, Prodi MTE memiliki hubungan konsultatif fungsional dengan Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Komputer Fakultas Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala. Saat ini, Prodi MTE telah memiliki 6 (enam) bidang studi atau konsentrasi yaitu :<\/p>\n

    Program Studi Magister Teknik Elektro telah terakreditasi \u201cUnggul\u201d berdasarkan keputusan Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Teknik (LAM Teknik) No. 0138\/SK\/LAM Teknik\/AM\/IV\/2025. Keputusan ini ditetapkan di Jakarta pada tanggal 21 April 2025 dan berlaku sejak 21 April 2025 hingga 20 April 2030.<\/p>\n
