Graduate Profile

Graduate profile is a set of roles or contributions that graduates can make to their profession and as a citizen in certain areas of expertise or work within 1-3 years after the completion of their study. The profile is built based on the research on the current needs in the job market in the governmental sector, business sector, and industrial sector. It should also consider the needs for science and technology development. The profile of a study program should be designed by similar study programs until a mutual agreement is reached and can be used as a national reference. To be able to carry out the roles mentioned in the designed profile, graduates must possess a set of "skills".

Likewise, the profile of Master of Electrical Engineering graduates is determined based on the research on job market needs. The research involves recording the employment data of students who re-registered over the past 4 years. This data collection was carried out considering that around 80% of the students were being employed at the time of their study, and they intended to pursue further education at the Master's level to improve their academic abilities. Furthermore, the needs for science and technology development were taken into account when building the Graduate Profile of Magister of Electrical Engineering. In line with these needs, the teaching staff of the Master of Electrical Engineering program has the required expertise, so that they can transfer their skills to the students.
